This edition of the Dior International Training Seminar had to be exceptional — and it truly was, unfolding in the timeless setting of Venice and orchestrated with precision and elegance. For four unforgettable days, more than 200 training managers from around the world gathered for a program that blended corporate convention, creativity, cultural immersion, and genuine human connection. The ambition was clear: craft an experience that reflected both the spirit of Dior and the singular charm of the Serenissima. And Venice proved to be the perfect stage.

The Hilton Molino Stucky Venice, a former industrial mill transformed into a luxury hotel, offered an inspiring setting where productivity met comfort. Its unique architecture and warm atmosphere created a dynamic yet serene environment for work sessions. The opening cocktail took place on the hotel’s iconic rooftop, where guests were welcomed by breathtaking panoramic views of the Venetian lagoon, a spectacular introduction to the days ahead.

One of the most memorable aspects of the seminar was a full day dedicated to experiential workshops across the city, replacing traditional hotel-based sessions. Following a custom-designed rally itinerary, participants explored Venice through the lens of craftsmanship and savoir-faire. On Murano Island, they discovered the artistry of a master glassmaker who demonstrated the creation of the iconic J’adore perfume bottle, before trying their hand at glass shaping.

Back near St. Mark’s Square, Venetian artisans guided participants in crafting their own personalized masks in preparation for the gala evening. The journey continued at the Fondaco dei Tedeschi, where attendees were immersed in the world of luxury retail within a historic palace overlooking the Grand Canal.

This corporate seminar in Venice reached its peak with a magnificent gala dinner at the legendary Hotel Cipriani, preceded by an elegant cocktail on the water.
